1. Installation site selection

3. Installation Requirements

The installation of the inverter should maintain a certain gap around it, which is convenient for the inverter to dissipate heat. At the same time, it is convenient for the inverter manufacturer to maintain it later. If the inverter without lightning protection function is selected, the lightning protection system should be configured on the DC side input, and it should be well grounded. In the initial installation, the grid connection point should be reasonably selected. It is strictly forbidden to install a large-capacity photovoltaic power generation system at the end of the village. During installation, more than 3 (including 3) inverters should be connected to the grid with different phases of live wires to prevent inverter overvoltage.

4. Electrical connection preparation

Before making electrical connections, be sure to cover the photovoltaic panels with opaque materials or disconnect the DC side circuit breaker. Otherwise exposed to sunlight for a long time, the photovoltaic array will generate dangerous voltage.

5. Electrical materials and wiring requirements

The quality of cables used in photovoltaic power plants must be qualified and the connection must be firm. DC photovoltaic cables must be pressed with special crimping pliers to avoid accidents caused. Electrical installation must meet local and national electrical standards, and installation operations must be completed by professional technician .

The inverter can be connected to the grid to generate electricity only after obtaining permission from the local power department.

Notice during maintenance of inverter

1. In the photovoltaic power station system, regardless of any maintenance work, the electrical connection between the inverter and the grid should be disconnected first, and then the electrical connection on the DC side should be disconnected. Secondly, wait at least 5 minutes until the internal components of the inverter are discharged before starting maintenance work.

2. During maintenance, initially visually check whether the equipment is damaged or has other dangerous conditions. During specific operations, you should abide by the electrostatic protection regulations, wear an anti-static wristband, pay attention to the warning signs on the product, and pay attention to whether the temperature of the hot surface of the inverter is cool down. While avoiding unnecessary contact between your body and the circuit board.

3. After the maintenance is completed, make sure that any faults affecting the safety performance of the inverter have been resolved before turning on the inverter again.
