1. Direct Insertion (Driven Pile)
Our direct insertion design allows the mounting posts to be driven directly into the ground without the need for concrete. This option significantly reduces installation time and labor costs, making it the most budget-friendly choice for large-scale projects with suitable soil.
2. Ground Screw / Screw Pile
When higher load-bearing capacity is required, our ground screw foundation provides superior holding power. Designed for challenging terrains or projects requiring extra structural integrity, screw piles offer reliable performance without extensive concrete work.

For sites where concrete foundations are preferred or required by local regulations, our system is fully compatible with standard concrete bases. This option provides maximum flexibility and is suitable for all soil types, including rocky or unstable ground.

Superior Corrosion Resistance
At equivalent coating thickness, ZAM offers 10 to 20 times higher corrosion resistance than conventional hot-dip galvanized (HDG) steel. This remarkable performance makes it ideal for solar installations in harsh environments, including coastal areas, industrial zones, and high-humidity regions.
Self-Healing Technology
One of ZAM's most distinctive features is its self-healing capability. When the material is cut, drilled, or punctured, the exposed edges and cut surfaces undergo a unique electrochemical reaction:
Over time, coating components dissolve around the cut edges, forming a dense protective film composed of zinc hydroxide, basic zinc chloride, and magnesium hydroxide. This low-conductivity protective layer effectively inhibits corrosion on cut surfaces and damaged areas, providing continuous protection even after fabrication.
Superior Surface Hardness
ZAM's coating is exceptionally dense and smooth, with a surface hardness of 140-160 HV – approximately 2.5 times greater than conventional galvanized steel (55-65 HV).
This enhanced hardness provides:
1. Excellent scratch resistance during handling and installation
2. Superior durability in high-wear applications

Environmental Compliance
ZAM coating contains no heavy metal ions such as hexavalent or trivalent chromium, fully complying with international environmental standards including RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
How to Install PV Module on the ZAM Ground Racking System
1. Before installation begins, conduct a thorough site survey to assess soil conditions and determine optimal foundation type.
For Ground Screw/ Driven Pile Foundations:
①Mark pile positions according to engineering drawings.
②Then drive ground screws into soil using hydraulic equipment to specified depth (Contct us for the recommended depth).Ensure screws are vertically aligned and reach load-bearing soil layers
For Concrete Foundations:
①Excavate foundation pits at marked positions
②Install rebar cages and embedded bolts
③Pour concrete and allow to cure completely before proceeding
2. Attach front and rear columns to the installed foundations. Tighten all connections to manufacturer's torque specifications
3.Install the beam to connect front and rear columns. Ensure all connections are properly aligned before final tightening. Check that the structure is square and level
4. Install the rail sequentially across the structure. Ensure the rails are evenly spaced according to panel layout drawings. Check alignment – rails should be straight and level. Temporary tighten connections to allow for final adjustments
5. Secure panels using designated mid clamps between panels and end clamps at row ends.

How to Get Your Suitable Technical Drawing

In terms of selection, Corigy is based on the principle of highest quality. The bracket uses high-quality aluminum alloy (6005-T5) and carbon steel (HDG/ZAM) mounting solutions, allowing customers to choose the optimal material for their project requirements and budget.
Aluminum surface uses anode oxidation 12-15mic. Excellent anti-corrosive rust and anti-rust performance ensures its 30-year service life. At the same time, the characteristics of aluminum lightweight reduces the weight of the roof and make it safe and reliable. The maximum wind speed can carry 60m/s, and the snow load capacity is 1.4kn/㎡.
ZAM
(Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium) is a next-generation coated steel that
delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and self-healing properties.
Under the same coating conditions, ZAM exhibits 10-20 times the
corrosion resistance of ordinary hot-dip galvanizing. ZAM also possesses
self-healing properties. Over time, coating components dissolve around
the cut and punched edges, forming a dense protective film composed of
zinc hydroxide, alkaline zinc chloride, and magnesium hydroxide. This
protective film has low conductivity and significantly inhibits
corrosion on the end face. Because the ZAM coating is very dense and
smooth, its surface hardness (140-160 HV) is 2.5 times that of ordinary
galvanizing (55-65 HV), giving it excellent scratch resistance. It is
suitable for easily scratched or repeatedly rubbed areas during
processing. Furthermore, the ZAM surface treatment does not contain
trivalent or hexavalent chromium ions, meeting international
environmental standards (RoHS), making it an internationally recognized
environmentally friendly product.
