Corigy owns fully automatic production lines for solar mounting rails. We have 7 roll forming lines and 9 welding lines to support custom solar structure design for various profiles.

In our workshop, you can see the whole forming process of solar mounting rails step by step:
1. Roll forming machine: Raw coils are fed into the machine and shaped into different profiles.
2. Punching line: Holes are punched to different specifications according to programmed requirements.
3. Packing station: The packaging quantity is set by program. Robots place rails onto wooden pallets, then workers complete final strapping.

We support production in hotdip galvanized carbon steel, ZAM (zincaluminummagnesium) and aluminum alloy. Inline quality inspection is implemented during production to effectively reduce defect rates.
One highlight of our lines: our Cchannel production range
· Max spec: wall thickness up to 3.5 mm, width up to 160 mm, height up to 75 mm
· Min spec: wall thickness down to 1.2 mm, width down to 60 mm, height down to 30 mm
· Regular thickness for Cchannel: 2.0 mm

We also provide extra manual anticorrosion treatment for cut edges and holes after punching.
